Crisis Counselling and Support

Crisis Counselling and Support

The Lifeline Connect Crisis Counsellor (LCCC) service provides initial assistance and short-term support to individuals experiencing crises such as homelessness, mental health challenges, self-harm, suicidal thoughts, domestic or family violence, or other traumatic events.  Clients can access the service through referrals, phone calls or walk-ins.  Individuals may exhibit escalating behaviours, including aggression, emotional dysregulation, tearfulness, or heightened emotional states.
