The Lifeline Connect Crisis Counsellor (LCCC) service provides initial assistance and short-term support to individuals experiencing crises such as homelessness, mental health challenges, self-harm, suicidal thoughts, domestic or family violence, or other traumatic events. Clients can access the service through referrals, phone calls or walk-ins.
